Waggy Tail Pet Care offers dog walking, pet visits, cat visits, cat sitting, overnight pet sitting in the owners home, overnight pet boarding in the Pet Care Professionals home, along with pet taxi services. Our Pet Care Professionals are experienced, all of whom are thoroughly screened and background checked, insured & bonded, and educated on pet first aid and animal CPR. How do I start?
1. Register Online   2. Free Meet & Greet   3. Payment   4. Start Wagging

First things first. Register online and input information about you and your pet. Next you will meet with Waggy Tail at your home. We want to make sure we exceed the expectations of both you and your pet. We will go over your pet’s daily routine then create a customized plan of action. This meeting should not take more than 20 to 30 minutes. We will also obtain keys or provide a lock box so our Pet Care Professionals are able to access your home. Meet & Greets are always Complimentary for residents of Miami. After Payment has been collected you and your furry friend are ready to start Wagging!

What are our office hours? Do you have a physical location?
We take calls from 8 am to 8 pm every day of the week. No, we do not have a customer facing location and all Meet & Greets are held at the owners home.

What Pets do you care for?
We care for Dogs, Cats, Bunnies, Birds, and smaller caged/non-caged animals such as Fish, Turtles, reptiles, hamsters, etc.

Can the Pet Care Professional administer medicataion?
Yes, Waggy Tail is experienced and can administer medications orally and topically with no extra charge to you. You are able to specify detailed information on our site once registered.

What is Waggy Tail's Cancellation Policy?
We do not offer refunds but rather credits for future use. We understand that life happens and are lenient with cancellations as long as they are not abused. If the pet care professional is already on the way and the service is cancelled, a fee of $10 is charged to compensate for the professionals time. Holiday periods will be given a full credit if cancelled within 3 days prior to service and charge a fee of 20% for cancellations less than 3 days of rendering services.

Can I schedule last minute walks or services?
We try to accommodate all of our clients in the most efficient way possible. We do require an initial meet and greet for all services to ensure the safety of your pet and our Pet Care Professionals. In most cases we able schedule a meet and greet within one business day and can usually schedule services if given a day’s notice.

What does our Insurance cover?
Our Insurance covers the following:
1. If your pet is injured while in our care.
2. If your pet injures another human or animal while in our care.
3. Lost Keys.
4. If your property is damaged in any way as a result of our service or your dog.
